    Tap into the wealth of youthful energy and innovation that is the student body. There are lots of ideas to be incubated within the organization in all departments.

    Pros

    Flexible hours - not too difficult to trade shifts - can work schedule between/before/after classes. Ellis CPR/First Aid classes appear more professional and reliable than most Red Cross & YMCA certification classes. Opportunities to become instructor or pool operator (AFO certification).

    Cons

    May be difficult to get more than 15 hours if only a lifeguard and not head/supervisor or instructor

    Parking is expensive. You have to relocate the cars on game days.
