Pros

Literally none. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Everything. The management doesn't care about you. The company culture is non-existent. Everyone I worked with hated working there. Pay is very low. Hours are awful (I was told I would work 40 hours a week. I averaged about 7). You travel 95% of the time often through rush hour traffic. One time I asked for more work, and the manager said he would give me more work if I could prove myself. I asked him how I could prove myself and he said I had to do more work. So I asked him to give me more work so I could prove myself. He said not until I did more work... Luckily my time with them was just an internship, but even that I quit halfway through.

Pros

Includes benefits if that's even a perk nowadays. Nice people just a little boring and unrelateable. I kind of feel bad saying negative things because they aren't malicious people I just wish they ran a business better. Very very smart and good engineers. Great to hire or go into contract with- best to be their customer than their employee!

Cons

Disorganized environment, low morale work environment, upper management takes advantage of employees, Hours are long and any work beyond 40 hrs is not appreciated but expected regardless of salary or hourly, communication wasn't clear, There was push back and awkwardness. Salary is low. Annual Reviews never took place when they should...so I heard.
