    Pros

overall a positive work experience. very little room for growth but that's expected in a smaller company. Just do your job well and you'll be fine.

    Cons

No room for growth. Lack of promotions. No real input from management regarding job performance.

    Pros

fairly nice place to work. Some management and some attorneys are awesome. Nice benefits. Nice working hours. They really try to make it like a family.

    Cons

Right now they are going through some changes after they lost a bunch of Fan/Fred business. The managing attorney that they hired really has no clue. He is changing things every 5 minutes to find the right fit but not leaving anything long enough to see if it actually works. He doesn't seem to care much for any of his employees as a person and makes bad decisions. The partners are super nice though but I don't think they realize how poorly managed the firm is under the new managing attorney or also how poorly liked he is.

    Advice to Management

Find another Managing attorney for Default services.

    Pros

Strong contender in the Legal Field in the Region, Personable and friendly Law Partners, Some very nice people, good health and retirement benefits, primary owner is very intelligent and easy to talk to. Growing company.

    Cons

Too many managers, management was too obvious with playing favorites, no growth opportunities, felt like a 'third rate' employee if you are not in the office 'Clique', favoritism obvious when time-off or other personal requests are made, but that could be due to the excessive nepotism.

    Advice to Management

Treat your people more fairly, allow for easier and less hassle laden personal time.
