Fantastic data lead company without compromising creativity or customer centricity! Your colleagues are passionate in their fields. Progression is a transparent process, talk to your manager, read the relevant competency files and take advantage of the knowledge and skills around you.
Cons
There can always be improvements but we're working on these things already.

Cons
Things are now horrible for the most part with a brainwashed repetitive pattern among pool owners. With new set of funding brought new set of hurdles and seems like company is loosing the way much faster !!

Very open culture, they try hard to make you feel welcome and a part of the team from day one, involving people in every level decisions where possible and promoting an open, professional culture

Highly elevated attrition rate among management as well as engineering High funding revealed the very negative side with money Engineers are hired to get the job done and then forced to leave the company Managers assigned with very unpractical goals HR People team are doing anything to block your virtual stock payment, dragging employees to court. Good colleges, parties and benefits. Interesting job in terms of customer service. Flexible work schedule.
Cons
Terrible treatment of long term colleagues. Customer service employees scramble to compete to apply for higher paid roles. Micromanagement/ unprofessionality from some team leads. Too rigorous hiring proceedures. Cult like atmosphere

Work and life balance is good. People are friendly and culture is really diverse here. It is easy to give options. It is very fun to help the company to get to the next level.
Cons
There's more meetings than the necessary. Quality of software is getting better (which is great), but there's still some way to go.

Take care to not sacrifice quality over deadlines.
