I have been working at Ggec America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great medical benefit! Many exciting opportunities within the newly established Irvine R&D center. Small office, simple reporting chain, complete project ownership. Excellent pay for qualified engineers. Flexible office hour as long as you get your tasks done on time meeting/exceeding expectation. Fun experience working with top brands in consumer industry. Great learning opportunities!

    Cons

Small, the office is still forming its culture. Company has no name recognition.

    Advice to Management

More perks for employee such as training and career management/growth opportunities. Weekly free breakfast or lunch will be nice too.
