I worked at Ghost Armor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It started out pretty good....that is all I can come up with. It was a very quick up and down.

    Cons

The president is the opposite of a leader. They take advantage of customers and employees. Paychecks were always late and never consistent.

    Advice to Management

Hire a new president and management who actually have experience.

I worked at Ghost Armor part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

the pay isn't that bad and you get commission off how much you sell. Customers will come to you themselves if they just walk out of apple store. peeling off new phone protectors if that's your thing.

    Cons

it's very hard to sell the products at it's price and working at a mall kiosk is not the best thing in the world.

    Advice to Management

try not to stab yourself in the foot with these so "managers" hiring people they like instead of people who works hard

    Pros

easy job, good pay, get to hang out at the mall and not be too stressed out. applying the film can be oddly satisfying sometimes.

    Cons

why the heck are we not allowed to have chairs? this is ridiculous. i used to work for another company and it was fine, everything was great, then we got changed to ghost armor and they took away the chairs. this is totally the wrong way to go.

    Advice to Management

let us have chairs! i promise your sales will not decrease. taking away they chairs is the dumbest business decision i've ever seen in my life. your logic is totally flawed.

I have been working at Ghost Armor part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most people get along well, even if you usually don't see most of your coworkers. Company encourages chatting and motivating each other. Sales job, but large portion is walk up customers.

    Cons

Standing all day, some locations are outside. Sometimes gets ridiculous when the boss is trying to push you to get more sales but no one is at the mall to buy.

    Advice to Management

Understand that sometimes the mall is just slow, and no amount of pushing will increase those sales. Conduct market surveys before forcing changes onto employees and customers.

I worked at Ghost Armor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I guess a pro would be that there arent really requirements for getting the job as far as past accomplishments or education.

    Cons

The company doesn't seem to run on a foundation of working hard and smart and more so just working hard and stupid.

    Advice to Management

Redo your entire groundwork for employment as well as understanding the route the company is headed and not just floating along some random path.
