Pros
The best law firm I have ever worked for! I absolutely adore the people working at the firm. Everyone is down to earth and always willing to help out. I also love the extra activities that the firm hosts for its employees...The firm regularly hosts paid lunches (they will send you grub hub credit so you can order food directly to your home), hosts book club meetings, etc. Seriously one of the best places I have ever had the honor of working at!
Cons
NONE whatsoever! You won't regret working here.

Pros
Unparalleled mentorship opportunities, great company values and culture, wonderful staff and attorneys. Working here was the best decision I made. During my time at GLG I experienced rapid personal and professional growth and gained skills I will carry with me throughout my career. Eric Gibbs even wrote me a letter of recommendation for law school and the many attorneys at the firm collectively edited my law school personal statement. The firm is also deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Cons
Absolutely none. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the firm.

GLG is extremely innovative and collaborative. They value mentorship and encourage individuality, which is something I haven't always found at other firms. In addition, they are leading in the civil plaintiff-side world, and always strive to do the right thing.
Cons
No cons; I really loved my time with the firm and its staff.
