    Pros

Fact: Gigantic Color listed on your resumè can get you a better job with better pay and better benefits elsewhere!

    Cons

The title "Digital Specialist" is misleading. Be prepared to do management's duties as well as your own "described" job.

    Advice to Management

Take time to actually listen to your employee's ideas and grievances. It may gain true employee loyalty.

    Pros

Its a job, like someone else said, it pays the bills . They do help pay insurance but it still cost about $1200 a month for a family.

    Cons

No one really seems in charge, we redo almost everything.

    Advice to Management

Maybe do drug testing or alcohol testing.

    Pros

Really not much other than it is a job.

    Cons

No advancement, no raises, only hours cut, no evaluations, they give all the money and benefits to family members who work the least amount of hours.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the worker or sell the company to someone who does.
