    Pros

    Great product leadership. Super responsive to sales team's needs with strong executive support from the top down. Loved Patrick and how much energy he brought to the office every single day. Built some of my closest friendships from my time at this company.

    Cons

    Sales environment was hot, but that's as expected during growth stages at a company like Gigya.

    Pros

    Great employees. As with most companies, you have great employees. Very friendly.

    Cons

    Bad Management. Seems like you had technical people , that became managers. No people skills, no plans. Good old boys club, especially in sales. Pay is less than other companies. Although they think pay is competitive, its not. You can find better pay at other companies. I left on my own, and was amazed what offers I got else where.

    People care. Exec team cares and works hard. Market opportunity is strong. CIAM is becoming more and more important to large and midsize companies. Transparent leadership.

    I worked at Gigya full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I greatly enjoyed my two years at Gigya. I think the executive team is very involved and has a good pulse on the market and the employee base. The culture is truly 'One Gigya' where you can always get help when you need it. The team atmosphere at the company is excellent as everyone really does want to make the company better. I believe there product is positioned well in a nascent market, and I felt that they truly were the market leaders in this space. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next two years with Gigya!

    Cons

    If I loved it so much, why did I leave? For me, there just wasn't a great fit for what I like to do. Since the product is a Customer Identity and Access Management solution, it does require the prospects to see the value, and it is not as easy as some of the other industries out there.

    Advice to Management

    Keep educating the market on the value of a CIAM solution, and continue to put the Customer First and I think great things will happen for Gigya.
