    -Health, dental, and vision insurance have lower out-of-pocket expenses and cover more
    -My manager is supportive and willing to mentor
    -The majority of people I've worked with are nice, reasonable, and professional.
    -401k has some good fund options
    -401k profit-dependent employer contribution is competitive
    -Occasional work from home
    -Gilbane's commitment to continuing education and training
    -Education reimbursement

    Cons

    -Summer Fridays perk is workload-dependent
    -PTO amount is average and includes holidays/sick time. It does increase with tenure.
    -Working on holidays is workload/project-dependent
    -Ability to take PTO is workload/project-dependent
    -Uncertain about room for advancement within department

    -Consider pursuing OPM work
