    Pros

    We get a lot of federal holidays off plus three weeks paid vacation. Non-managing attorneys were very nice. Free dental insurance.

    Cons

    Where do I begin? The owner is completely paranoid that the attorneys are not doing any work. She thinks we just sit around all day doing nothing because she is never in the office. Her solution? Attorneys were forced to click in and out and had to clock in a mandatory 50 hours per week. This did not include lunch break. Being a salaried employee meant that we were exempt from overtime.     Extra Holidays, relaxed dressed code,

    Cons

    No loyalty to employees. Managers are Rude. Turn over rate is crazy-over a hundred in the small amount of time worked there. 2 to 3 a week let go. Employees written up for minor infractions. Dept. managers do not stick up for their employees, Hired paid employees let go and lower paid employees hired to replace them.Employees consistently moved from one dept to another even if employee does not want to be moved.Training...

    Advice to Management

    Try working with and keeping those employees that are loyal and try to do a good job. Try listening to employees and "sticking up for them" when it is warranted. Quit smiling to their faces when you know you are working to have them laid off. The turn over rate is detrimental to good business.

    Unfair firing practices. Owner does not attempt to determine if claims of office manager are correct and/or accurate before letting someone go.

    A lot of employees most specifically the "bosses" are nice to their subordinates.

    Cons

    Low salary and price from its concessionaire is too high for a regular employees.
