    Pros

Tax business is a good was to get clients for financial services.

    Cons

Very low payout with huge workload. Really helps to be related to someone in charge. Otherwise, you are treated like you are disposable. Terrible morale throughout the office because of the low wages paid to the office staff. CEO was fired and management does not exist. No one there to guide you or advise you about your career. You are on your own. Keep looking.

    Advice to Management

Get competitive and reconsider compensation and commission payouts to get and keep better people. Nepotism isn't professional and causes resentment - it's not a family business anymore.
