    Pros

This internship was a great experience. I worked on the wholesale team and I learned a ton. The sales coordinators and managers really throw you in to it and help you learn.

    Cons

This internship like a lot of fashion internships is unpaid. The hours can be long but it is not very common for that to happen.

    Advice to Management

Pay your interns. They put in a lot of time and effort and they should earn some compensation besides college credit.

    Pros

Working for a Luxury company is good for your resume. The Italians are very nice people when they visit the states.

    Cons

Everyone underpaid. Most corp employees are former intern running high level positions. High turnover rate due to no raises given, even to employees with 3-4 years. Multiple expectations and demands beyond job description employee is hired for. HR is unsupportive in any internal issues when needed most

    Advice to Management

Spend money to make money. Pay the salaries to get the right caliber of employees,
