    Flexible Schedule Good Pay for Non for Profit Own office Great Coworkers

    Always seems like we are putting out fires Little direction until after the fact Yes there is flex time....if you have time to use it! Get stuck doing other departments jobs Management wastes lots of time and money on unnecessary personal development training Lots of "passing the buck" Lots of "feelings" High Stress Down Time is filled with time wasting tasks doing other peoples work Management is out of touch...

    Advice to Management

    Get it together! Listen to your volunteers! Take staff seriously and stop treating them like they are disposable. Plan ahead and take responsibility for your mistakes. Practice what you preach

    Indecisive leadership, constant change, lack of consistency, frequent organization restructure, inexperienced management and leadership, negative environment

    All Team Leads/Management should undergo complicit bias training, professional development, and cultural competency training!
