    Pros

    Benefits package, 401k match is excellent. Ability to purchase a weeks vacation.

    Cons

    Management doesn't listen. You can complain on the same issue for weeks or months before anything gets done about it.
    Forget about moving up unless you are one of the chosen ones. Jobs are posted even though they already know who they are giving it to, it doesn't matter if your qualifications are the same or better. They take care of their buddies.

    I worked at Givaudan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good paying job. Easy work. Friendly staff.

    Cons

    Production gets slow sometimes, and work becomes on call during those times.

    Advice to Management

    The only complaint I ever had was when we didn't have any work. Try to keep production going by looking for more potential customers, maybe work with some of the smaller local businesses that may need products made by Givaudan instead of relying solely on orders from the big guys.

    I have been working at Givaudan full-time

    Pros

    Good bunch of guys in production and lab. Good safety culture.

    Cons

    Workplace chemical smells. Middle Management of most departments constantly cover up their shortcomings, infer blame downwards. Very political. Constantly changing processes for sake of change, but wastes resources in doing so.

    Advice to Management

    Allow sufficient time and resources to get job down right first time, therefore save time on fixing mistakes. Train new staff thoroughly. Get to the real root cause of issues.

    Pros

    1.Pay 1 month bonus every year
    2.Pay salary on time with salary slip in advanced

    Cons

    Harsh operator to come earlier/late after work than start time working/time off working, and dont accept any reasonable which ,whom cant compliance their target,so they need to do over time for continue to complete work due to malfunction of machine or some facility.The superior assume which is the operator own time management problem.
    Totally silo mentality ,no teamwork, the superior show partiality for someone,stress atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

    Approved the over time claimed who didnt complete work due to malfunction of machine or some facility.For safety ,and make employees work happy in every day.
