    Pros

Decent benefits conpare to other big companies. Vacation time is good co workers are good hard working peoples

    Cons

Management is terrible especially in the Idaho locations they don't give opportunity to employees that been long with the company or wanted to transfer with in the company if you are low in the button of the chain you are just a number and they just replace you with an other number that will cost them less. Be ware..

I worked at Glanbia plc full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing to appreciate except vacation days (need alot for the stress they give)

    Cons

High stress, no clear direction, favoritism, poor management, no proper communication, no team work, no work life balance. Inexperienced managers and they don't capable of managing people under them. Instead of developing and guiding people they just find fault. Boot camp is the worst concept ever, they train all the employees and make lots of changes to the process which becomes a big mess. They like to bring Irish people and they are really hard on others. They make little things bigger. Because of high employee turn over they don't have good historic data's to carry on projects and that makes the life difficult. People like to play blame game. Travel time is hectic. HR is another incapable department. They push people to work more.

Its not at all worth to work there with all those stresses that too for the little amount they pay.

    Advice to Management

Hire good quality people as manager's (instead of trainee) who know to develop people under them. Respect and trust US management.
