    Employees focus on busy work to justify their job, no interest in doing high impact work that drives the business, not clear who is accountable for difficult decisions

    Global presence & great reputation for pipeline

    Cons

    Too many promotions based on networking & not results or impact. Culture is focused on subjective rating & not Objective impact. Style is valued over substance. Lack of transparency.

    Advice to Management

    Do not promote people who have not been in role at least for 3 years & who have not shown impact. Change the subjective rating system to an objective system that values impact. Get rid of FVPs who do not perform
