I worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a contractor (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Varied work opportunities throughout large organisation, and some good talent to work with

Very slow moving delivery - a victim of its own policies masking some very bad practice. Employees who are at best just cruising buried in a large org. Bizarre approach to training. Tick in a box project management with no emphasis on REAL quality. No control over third parties providing solutions
