You get to help people restore normality to their lives, when they don't see it themselves sometimes. The facility is a drug and alcohol rehab that is one of the best of it's kind.
When you work with sick people it can be emotionally draining at times, because the place is so busy most of the time.
Great pay. Rewarding position. Beautiful facility. CEUs, and many benefits to position
Co workers can be vicious Some management unapproachable Unclear demands set and can be disposable if these demands aren't met.
Advice to Management
Continuity in training new staff. Follow up of there are issues. More clear cut defined requirements as to not be blind sides by management.
