I worked at Glenborough full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Glenborough is a company that truly "walks their talk:. The employees are always their to help one another and their is a backbone of integrity and honesty from the top down.

    Cons

There are no cons working for Glenborough; only that many good people lost their jobs when there was a change of ownership in a joint venture; this was through no fault of Glenborough.

    Advice to Management

Please expand your real estate holdings; many of your former employees would love to be able to work for you again.

    Pros

    Good pay
    nice location
    most people are really nice

    Cons

    good work goes unrecognized
    unfair treatment of sobordinates

    Advice to Management

A great manager leads their employees. Encouragement and support go a long way. Belittling employees in front of others, only builds resentment and unhappy workers.
