I have been working at Glenmorangie full-time

    Pros

Good prospects, good wages and conditions, some friendly and helpful staff, good bonus scheme and social activities

    Cons

Not much in the way of promotions within group

    Advice to Management

More rewards for staff who go that little bit extra, and more equal rights and benefits to all staff members

I have been working at Glenmorangie full-time

    Pros

Working environment is sensational (location right in the city centre, huge working space, etc.) in an open and friendly corporate culture.

    Cons

Rather hierarchical organisation with too little agility at the company level and too little empowerment at employee level.

I have been working at Glenmorangie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Brands, experience , Agility, luxury , innovation, career paths opportunities (part of Lvmh group) , autonomy, learning environment, growing context, work-life quality and quality of life (Edinburgh has been nominated 4th worldwide)

    Cons

The size of the company could be a disadvantage but is not because it affords agility and proximity with top management. Furthermore Glenmorangie is a good bridge to pursue his career in the group (Lvmh 120000 employees) in the luxury field .

    Advice to Management

    Good proximity
