Lost the 'Glint' after acquisition.
Jan 10, 2022 - Account ExecutiveRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Was an amazing company before the acquisition with fantastic senior leaders.
Cons
LinkedIn trying to integrate the business has gone terribly. Glint Senior Leadership has all jumped ship and the LinkedIn team has no idea what they are doing with the business.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great company, great atmosphere and lots of fun. They definitely value their employees with a lot of benefits, including financial benefits.
Cons
Stagnant work and not much room for growth.

There's not another company Id rather work for
Jul 9, 2018 - Software Engineer in San Mateo, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
* Outstanding executive team. Starting from Jim, this team does everything at an incredibly high level. When I tell others outside of the company what Glint's executive team is like, they're actually in disbelief and don't believe its possible for an executive team to be so open and to try and do so much for their employees. * Clear direction and purpose. Glint is clearly dominating in it's space with a premier solution. Being here for close to 3 years, I've only seen Glint gain more and more momentum in the Employee Engagement space. I think our growth speaks volumes to our purpose to make people happier and more successful at work. The results speak for themselves and the sky is the limit. * Strong manager leadership & talent. Throughout my tenure I've worked with almost all managers at Glint from Customer Success/Engineering/Data Science/Sales/OD, and I've never had a bad experience. All of them make it easy to work with them. Glint is extremely picky in terms of talent. Everyone I've worked with is giving or expecting a certain level of quality. Its a very positive and energetic place to work. * Emphasis on culture and improvement. Although the work/life balance can be hard sometimes with the extreme growth, Glint doesn't ever stop trying to improve the culture. Glint uses its own product monthly to get feedback and learn how to improve. Its been like this since the beginning.
Cons
Don't have any cons (after close to 3 years!) nothing to complain about.

Interesting and challenging work, great colleagues.
Sep 25, 2016 - Senior Software Engineer in Redwood City, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Strong leadership - The senior management team are seasoned leaders and have an excellent track record of building successful companies. Some of the best thought leaders in the area of organizational development science have chosen to work at Glint. The leadership team lives by the principles of organizational development that we are trying disseminate through Glint’s product offerings. Fantastic product - Glint already has a best in class product in a relatively blue ocean market. The value proposition for our clients becomes obvious to them as soon as they see a demo. The product team has a great vision to take the product forward and we have a world-class design team to help realize that vision. Strong engineering team - The engineering team is currently small, but has exceptionally talented people with deep and broad expertise across backend, frontend and mobile. We are solving some really challenging problems in areas such as distributed computing, high-speed analytics, natural language processing, etc. As an engineer on this team, I have the opportunity to do some of the best work of my career so far.
Cons
None that I can think of at this time. Yes, we do work a lot, but rather than being a con, it is a characteristic of highly engaged people.
