    Cons

    - Overall ambience of the office is doing down, so is revenue. - Management team and managers are useless. There is a board located in Isreal where most of important decisions are made. I have been working at Glispa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - You can build your knowledge in the industry. - Very good people and supportive manager if you're lucky to be in a good team. - New HR team is proactive in expanding the benefits for employees. - Able to take charge and make decision in your responsibilities

    Cons

    - Shaky career stability after management change due to fast restructures. - Many good employees have been let go. - Starting to resemble a company where the management team is quick to be promoted and the lower levels have to struggle for promotions.

    Advice to Management

There are some acquisitions of companies not well thought of and as a result, internal restructures have been common in the past quarters. Trailing behind trends and attempts to jump on the bandwagon late. The management should try to understand what capabilities the company have and the fluctuations in the market before jumping into aiming for unachievable numbers.

I worked at Glispa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great infrastructure. Lovely support from HR and IT service team. Well-known in the industry. Solid international working environment. Number and sale-driven.

    Cons

Insecure young senior and management team. Lots of hierarchy and office politics. Important decisions and changes are made without taking employees into consideration.

    Advice to Management

Value the people. Let's aim to nurture growth rather than burning bridges - the industry is really small.

I have been working at Glispa

    Pros

Motivated colleagues, a truly international atmosphere, strong IT team (great equipment, software works), and a helpful and professional HR team. Smooth relocation process for those arriving from abroad or other parts of Germany. A great office space.

    Cons

Limited communication, a fuzzy company vision, a lack of trust and unity, a combative management team. Most teams are their own islands. Get ready to get grilled during the application process, but end up working at way below your ability and potential.
