I worked at Global 360 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, stable environment, low turn over in certain positions

    Cons

Cared more about the bottom dollar than the overall direction of the company (downside of being owned by venture capitalists, this was prior company purchase by OpenText)

    Advice to Management

Lower management is great, Upper Management (SVP's and up) - Stop treating people like they are just pawns in a chess game for your own political motives.

    Pros

Lotsa opportunity to work with customers and resolve customer issues.

    Cons

next to no growth potential or no obvious potential to grow.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees on your products and your services. Allow employees to bring their experience interacting with customer issues to the product solutions and designs and provide more opportunity for promotion rather than bringing in outside management.

    Pros

Global 360 is run like a business but has the human feel of a family company. The company-wide culture promotes teamwork and collaboration. Management doesn't just preach "open door policy" they practice it. Leadership is also willing to support employees in their community involvement efforts.

    Cons

It's a mid-sized company with a great benefits package, but some benefits offered by the giants aren't available as yet, such as tuition reimbursement.

The company is pretty spread out and so at times, employees can feel a little disconnected.

    Cons

Lack of communication, every group goes off and does their own thing. ALOT of duplication of efforts.

There needs to be a Project Management Office to manage what groups are doing so there is less waste.
