Pros
Lunch is provided 4 days a week which is amazing. A LOT of amenities in the office such as free snacks, free drinks, relaxation rooms, a game room etc. Everyone has been approachable and easy to work with. Reporting solutions seem comparable to financial institutions I’ve been at before, with a little more flexibility. The whole process of interviewing, hiring and onboarding has been far better than anywhere I’ve been at. My recruiter called me a few times just to answer questions and tell me about the company, welcome packages were sent from HR, and they have an ambassador program where you’re matched up with another regular employee to talk about the company and go over benefits.
Cons
Their BYOD policy is a little odd as the work from home solution for the hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days home). I usually have gotten a work laptop from places. Some may prefer to use their own stuff so it might not even be a con, it was just a bit different from what I’ve experienced.

Pros
Company has grown organically, leading to opportunity for those seeking it.
Cons
Company has quickly become a large organization that lacks maturity. Disorganization and lack of mid-level leadership has had an increasingly negative impact on the management of people and projects.

Pros
- Great people in general - Hard working and focused employees.
Cons
Contrary to the official line; the business-leaning departments are straight/bro/fraternity oriented. You don't fit in the picture, then forget it. Unless you are a junior employee, growth opportunities are limited since most senior management have been there for a long time. They say that the encourage exploring opportunities in the company; but I recently talked with my HR partner about a lateral move and she told me that unless I already convinced the hiring manager it is unlikely that my application would be successful. Very discouraging and passive-aggressive conversation. Guess what, I have already an offer from a competitor with a promotion. Great way to retain people. By the way, lots of people left recently. It is a good place to stop by but not to stay.

Pros
Global Atlantic is a great place to work generally; first-rate benefits, a collaborative company culture that values employee feedback along with serving their clients, and a working environment that helps people grow in their careers. There is a great deal of flexibility, everyone is professional, and there are additional perks like in-office lunches, holiday parties, team outings, and more.
Cons
The fast-paced environment may not be a good fit for some people, but I thrived in it. My only critique is that there should ideally be more opportunities for junior employees to make lateral moves and contribute to other departments, rather than just hiring people from outside the company for positions that existing employees might qualify for.

Pros
Everyone at the office in Berwyn was lovely. Great culture, flexible hours and allow WFH part-time
Cons
Customer service is terrible, the systems are antiquated, upper management makes massive mistakes and is painfully slow to correct them. Your clients will hate doing business with them and they are losing relationships quickly. Turnover is insanely high because of this.
