Self evaluation based on performance, freedom and flexibility of work schedule, direct contact with headquarters representative, experience on an growing industry that have been on an upward trend for the last 10 years, which was not affected by the downward economic growth
no supervision for newbies, difficulty to know where to start due to the lack of training if you do not know the field you work at, on the plus side of it it become easier as soon as you get a grasp of it
Advice to Management
provide some training programs for newly hired employees and give a clear description of duties to be performed, give newly hired employees more attention and assign mentors don't just let them flow on the stream by themselves
