    Pros

Small workforce allows you to get to know people and build strong interpersonal relationships. Challenging nature of work keeps you mentally interested. Many overtime opportunities are available, though the shifts vary for time including overnight. Some callers are not always aware of the nature of the business. This error more often results from the way the client promotes the business than the way the business itself reports the business.

    Cons

24/7 nature of business can make it difficult to get some holidays off. Ballantyne area has horrible traffic in it. Being a small company there are only so many positions available for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Don't expand to rapidly. Company was diversifying too quickly without consolidating hold on core business.

  2. "Not my favorite place to work."

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Some management staff is excellent, the facilities and location are nice, the availability of training is adequate, and the parking is good

    Cons

Management seems more interested in having meetings and writing reports about what happens during meeting than meeting the clients' needs. Client services and client satisfaction is dismal.

    Advice to Management

Client services and client satisfaction is dismal. Many clients who go with competitors complain of the poor customer service provided by the company. Greater customer service would lend itself to better morale.
