    Pros

Management training program prepares those who want to be entrepreneurs what it's like to start from the bottom build a team and run a company. Excellent pay potential and no early morning start times. You will be taught how to coach and train and manage your time as well as help others learn to manage theirs.

    Cons

Business to consumer sales or direct marketing, which means you will be out in the cold and the rain and the heat no matter the weather. It can be hard maintaining a positive attitude when it isn't part of your personality. Having to go into the office every day with a smile can be difficult. Rejections, will be the biggest obstacle, signing people up and having them cancel is the hardest thing to deal with mentally when you don't know people are cancelling until you see your check two weeks later.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the people you hire on truly understand what they are getting into and that their goal is to be an entrepreneur. Its hard to make someone else's goal your own no matter how glorious it sounds and looks.

    Pros

The money is there, but people really hate you, and you have to REALLY work for it.

    Cons

First off, their going to say its not door to door sales...... but its door to door sales. They will tell you its a "business to consumer," but don't fall for it. If your not charming or even somewhat good looking, you don't stand a chance. Your going to have to swindle these people into doing what you want them to do. if that sounds shady, its because it is.

Also, the owner says he made $384,000 dollars his first year as an owner, that's Aston martin money. So why would a man that made that much money drive a entry level BMW and have a one bedroom apartment? because he's a fraud, so don't fall for it kids.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to people to get them through the door, if you were more up-front you might have a lower turn over rate. Also its not leads based sales when your "leads" are ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOODS!
