    - Have many good training courses.

    - The design of the office is not beautiful
    - The entry test is quite difficult

    Figure out work/life balance, especially for women who want to have kids and maintain professional consulting careers

    Pros

    - Great internship program, maybe the best one in Ho Chi Minh city
    - Good IT support and training for newcomers
    - Manage well with high discipline
    - Many partners and customers from all over the world for outsourcing, which are opportunities for the young developers.

    Cons

    - Average salary
    - High pressure, the staffs often leave the office late due to OT
    - No nutritional food for evening work

    Advice to Management

    The company should provide more relaxation space, take care of staffs' nutritional needs. The company should have more projects for mobile platforms

    Pros

    Good change to improve basic technical stills in software development on mobile/embedded. Working environment friendly. Team work environment. Team building is good.

    Cons

    No big change to gain high salary. No ready to keep good employee which want to be recognized more challenges.

    Advice to Management

    Should keep recognized employee.
    Should not try to balance income between employee because it is not fare in meaning 20/80.
