    Very Bad. People in higher positions play games with junior developer no matter what you do your effort will not be appreciated not even verbally

And you'll be asked to leave anytime without formal intimation. - Extreme ZERO transparency. - No overtime whatsoever. You work 24x7 does not matter.     “Employees don’t leave Companies, they leave Managers”. Please hire some sensible managers/leads or train them how to behave at least. Professionalism/ professional ethics are also important.     1. Products are good. 2. Colleagues are friendly. It's a young team to work with. 3. Office infrastructure is OK. Also it's located in an awesome place, away from the city crowd. 4. Salary is generally provided on time

    1. To follow short product cycles, a lot of process documentation is not followed. No impetus is given on following the best practices and adhering to industry standards. 2.     Advice to Management

    - Try to come out of the box and don't just function as a God firm for some of the local employees. They also don't know their value as an employee but that doesn't mean you should take advantage of their situation. - Hire sensible people to hire for Marketing team and Sales team. Question them back and forth and be aware of the expenses instead of blindly allowing any budget.
