    Literally do not see any pros.

    Cons

    1. VERY VERY low salary and other incentives.
    2. Management is clue less on what people management is about.
    3. Mostly in-house dummy projects (a decent name for bench) or outsourcing to MNCs.

    Advice to Management

    If engineers are not happy, there is no way the company can grow.

    They will file H1B VISA

    Very unprofessional.
    They will not increment salary if u'r H1B VISA is approved.

    They have Good clients which are the leading semiconductor vendors, So you will get an opportunity to work in good products/technologies.
    Pay is also good compared to other service based companies.

    Cons

    less paid holidays.
    Expected to work overtime

    Instead of being like a consultancy try for inhouse projects.

    Pros

    U will learn how to be in software industry

    Cons

    Low salary ,bond problem and training is not fixed for 6 months they may take up to 1 year so it bond becomes 3.5 year

    Maintain the fix training period,they won't learn if u keep on retraining

    I have been working at Global Edge Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Training for fresher's is good, U will be best programmer if u join global edge as fresher.

    Cons

    No projects.
    There are some Tech lead and project lead who are worst part of the company, who have zero technical knowledge and rules on junior software Engineer. If management arranges some basic programming exam for them they can't pass that much worst they are.
    The people u train from training can turn ur company into product based, so don't hire person who did software testing as project manager for Development team.

    Hike is not at all good, even if u work. Hike mainly depends on the state u belong.
    Many worst things are their in this company.
    Global edge is losing its good name because of hiring leads and managers of this kind.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to management doesn't work.
    But still instead of putting training batch people in re-training, put those leads and managers in re-training because they don't have knowledge as much as training batch of GE have..
