    Pros

Pros? Hahahaha, welcome to hell. Bala is a cool area, but that's honestly all that I can think of. I wish I could say otherwise.

    Cons

    -LOW pay

    -Horrible benefits

-Recruiters get treated like children (seriously, you need to ask to go to the bathroom depending on your manager)

    -Awful, outdated technology

-The vast majority of management and employees are uneducated grifters just looking for a sale. Really terrible environment to work in.

    -Dwindling client base

-Lastly, ridiculously unprofessional environment. Be prepared to get berated / embarrassed by your manager in front of everyone.

    Advice to Management

You need a clean slate. Get rid of EVERYONE and start over.

    "Account Manager"

    Pros

The only pro would be I figured things out quickly and didn't stay long.

    Cons

No leadership from Management. They let recent college graduates run the show while the Managers sit back and watch. No raises or incentives.

    Advice to Management

The Management at this location is an embarrassment to be associated with. One Manager uses foul language to talk to staff which includes monthly meetings.
