    Good training and very supportive managers and departments; fast-paced and flexible work environment (able to work remotely).

    Cons

    There’s a good amount of travel involved, and taking time off can be challenging based on the workload.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate all the communication management provides as well as the opportunities it gives employees to share their concerns, suggestions, and interests. You’re doing a great job.

    Pros

    Great people to work with, fun job, not micro-managed, good work/life balance, trusted to do your job well, independence, overall great company. I feel I can make my career here.

    Cons

    Long hours during shows, working with multiple temps who don't always work well, but can't always fill temp quota needed, low yearly raises.

    Advice to Management

    Continue listening to employees and don't micro-manage, have higher wage increases available and/or bonuses, overall - great job!

    Great people, a big company with a family like feel to it. Everyone I work with, including the bosses are ready and willing to help whenever needed. Full time, great pay and overall, an awesome place to work

    Cons

    No work in the summer time. Living in Arizona, you can imagine that not many exhibitors want to put on a show in AZ in the summer so work slows significantly.

    Keep up the great work! You guys are fantastic!
