I have been working at Global Knowledge (UK) full-time

    Pros

There are few pro's to mention, the only Pro is some of the talented people still there..

    Cons

Management at most levels have little or no effective strategy. The market for their products is reducing constantly. Dependant on limited number of Vendors who are doing more and more training themselves. Management have ignored staff & market information for years, they do not and have not done anything with information on real world client issues. Poor staff motivation, Little or no promotion prospects. Constantly...

I have been working at Global Knowledge (UK) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - unique culture - welcoming - great portfolio/product base - respected organisation - hard-working - flexible working - very very talented people

    Cons

    - very lax sales environment - senior managers are happy to throw you under the bus/ living in a bubble - high turn over - not willing to change - never listen to real issues - talented staff should be recognised

    Advice to Management

Listen to the 'front line' employees; the atmosphere is flat and needs some direction/transparency from managers. Global knowledge has the potential to be amazing again. People want to learn, give learning plans available from our library of resource High staff turn over needs to be addressed.
