I worked at Global Reach Internet Prdctns full-time

    Pros

I worked with some truly talented people and the diversity of clients was nice.

    Cons

A toxic company culture lead from the top. CEO was vindictive, indiscreet, and impulsive. The goal posts for success were constantly moving, good luck negotiating for fair pay, and be prepared for sudden personnel changes. There's no room to advance in the company, no time for professional development, and no time to put in the quality of work you'd want to.

    Pros

    Good pay and good location

    Cons

The president doesn't treat his employees like people. He treats them like slaves and doesn't care about their work enough to congratulate them on good work. There wasn't a good culture created by management.
