    Pros

no pros! I gave it one start because i had no choice..

    Cons

They don't tell you, that the application is basically a packet full of multiple choice questions, a Couple of pages where you need to write a few paragraphs, answer questions that are completely irrelevant to you or life at that. Horrible place, when there isn't someone running around screaming and knocking things down, you have the staff that ignores you until they feel like acknowledging you. It's hard to find a job in FL, but don't waste your time in this place.

I have been working at Global Response

    Pros

Global Response is a family owned company and their philosophy is shown within the management and employees. The people at Global Response make it worth coming to work each day.

    Cons

Pay scale is very low compared to the national average for management positions. Top management get by because of favoritism not because of their ability to manage groups successfully.
