I worked at Global Response full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice environment, Nice Cafeterias, Weekly Pay

    Cons

No respect, Fired many employees, with no notice, the day of even knowing they would let them go for weeks, If you work here make sure you look for a dependable job while there

I worked at Global Response full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Own cubicle and benefits were ok.

    Cons

One day you can go into work and have a job and the next day be told the account you are on ends in a week and you have no job. Worked there for almost 5 years with one .50 pay raise. Company doesn't care for the employees. If you have to go to the bathroom you have to use your "allowed" break time. If you have to go to the bathroom a lot or get up and move you need a doctor note and fill out ADA paperwork for an accommodation. Shouldn't need an accommodation or someone telling you when you can and can not get up to go to the bathroom. No bonuses or pay raises regularly.

    I worked at Global Response

    Pros

very chill and you have your own desk with 2 screens. you can decorate it however you like. You get an 100 dollar gift card at the end of the year to shop with zara.

    Cons

Management really sucked. They don't coach you on your calls or chats and have the nerve to give you write up if you didn't meet your quota.. You wont know your quota unless your manager kept you updated..
