I worked at Global Spectrum full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Company to work for. Sporting and entertainment venues. They provide decent training and bonus eligibility. Opportunity for advancement and relocation.

    Cons

Some time long hours. But flexible when business is slow. Depending on the contract, the client can specify and control wages and work staff .

    Advice to Management

The relationships between upper management and hourly staff can be strengthened. Sometimes it feels that hourly staff is discounted and it is hard fro them to advance.

I worked at Global Spectrum part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can get access to some cool behind the scenes experience working at the CFE by becoming a part of their operations crew.

    Cons

The management at the stadium was extremely disorganized. They also seemed to pick a personal preference for employees, which led to see employees being treated worse than other. There was also an extremely high turnover rate because employees would quit within a few months of being hired.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to form a cohesive unit.
