    Great experience early in my career. I was able to work on a wide variety of accounts and projects.

    Cons

    Management devolved. All resources were horribly mismanaged.

    Pros

    At one time, great accounts, wonderful coworkers, supportive management.

    Cons

    The company has closed all offices, there have been no paid employees since late January of 2016, and all operations as a corporate entity have ceased.

    Advice to Management

    Too late for advice.

    Pros

    Excellent co-workers. Teams were tightly knit with everyone wanting to perform their very best

    Cons

    Just about everything else from sexual harassment, to cronyism to incompetent people in leadership (not all some were great and their destiny moved them to other amazing opportunities!)

    Advice to Management

    They don't care about my advice!

    Pros

    None. Agency is a shell of its former self. Ego maniacal CEO should have laid off people who don't have any billable client hours or started the process of closing the shop YEARS ago and consulted instead of paying an entire agency off one major client's scope of work.

    Cons

    Well, for one employees haven't been paid for 2 months and it is not the first time. Missing payroll several times is a BAD sign of a DYING agency. Multicultural agencies are a hard business mode to sustain. Hiring the right smart people that are reflective of what the industry wants (digital, programatic planning). Change with the times don't be stuck in 1990 and how it was done then. Noone is scared of Al or Jesse anymore.

    Advice to Management

    PAY EMPLOYEES AND VENDORS FOR HARD WORK. PERIOD.
    CEO SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH STAFF DON'T PUT HEAD IN SAND AND AVOID IT
    LAY OFF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WORK ON ANYTHING
    BE AGGRESSIVE WITH NEW BUSINESS

    No Pros. The owner screwed everyone who worked for him over

    Cons

    Missed a ton of pay cycles but paid third party 10k or more a month for social content

    I worked at GlobalHue (Less than a year)

    Pros

    You get to work with some really talented and dedicated people. They will become your friends. You also will get to create some great work.

    Cons

    If you value your sanity and your way of life, stay away from this company. The CEO is not an honest man and not to be trusted. Vendors are not paid for months sometimes years depending on how much they are owed. Not sure if the CEO pockets the money, but it's definetly not used to pay employee's, vendors, or talent. Again the people working their are smart, super dedicated and produce great work.

    Advice to Management

    Don Coleman needs to put people in place to handle the money besides him. All other management is doing the best they can dealing with a CEO who goes mia for weeks when things hit the fan. Please talk with your employee's and don't disapear when things get rough.
