    Pros

Nothing good about the company really. It's better to no to join it honestly.

    Cons

The management is pathetic, they do not treat employees as humans. Joining this organization was the biggest mistake ever. Google News and Google books are the worst processes.

    Advice to Management

    I worked at GlobalLogic full-time

    Pros

    no pros !

Note: rating has been given as it is mandatory field, else not even 1star can be ratable for GL.

    Cons

Have spent couple of months in GL. Am sharing live experiences of GL here, being a senior engr.
There is no process followed either by management or by HR team, ie. managers can play with candidates as per their wish.ie they can assign you anything, how much ever they want without estimations/discussions.
They can change the words saying you have not completed after assigning with no limit. The senior management busy always to avoid candidate's concerns, so they just blindly goes with such managers words. Finally, managers win whatever they say.
There is no official communication with candidates before/after assignment(mail/call/discussion) or any leave approvals or any sort of team activities. If candidates ask explicitly for mails, they refuse to send saying 'why you need mail for everything?'. This is what they call professionalism.
GL is not a place for strong candidates, as the mgmt is not that competant, so not entertains them or their concerns. If allowed, they try to undergovern them.
HR persons are not following process of 2months notice neither to the candidates who put their papers nor to people who are asked forcefully to resign for no reasons threatening that 'if not resigned, will consider as termination'.
Also, for the candidates who are on bench, they forcefully retain(not in project) for complete 2 months expecting candidates to take interviews and pay them in reverse iff needs to leave early.
It is just the business they are making out of candidates.

Higher management people deaf and dumb to candidates.HR listens to one-way of managers, the other way not at all listening to candidates.
    Friends, be very careful.
HR are professionals at bluffing candidates and making them fools easily.
Totally the WORST management. Can't even find a single manager as professional.

The team/work environment is totally corrupt and found unprofessional.
But, yes, whoever are in favour of politics of management can survive though found inefficient.

Managers don't even know how to write mails, english grammer, how to communicate to clients. They approach subordinates for all such silly reasons expecting the assistance, making them frustrate. Finally management will award such great managers.
Managers can call anytime, they can schedule meetings in 6am or 8.30pm, expecting your availability for all the time and expecting you to be online in messenger during WFH and every 2 mins, you should answer their relevant/irrelavant questions on your day's work, else they will consider your WFH as leave making your efforts zero.
Managers with improper planning technical work for new projects, plans change too frequently and finally after implementation of plans, change plan and rework making candidates frustrate day and night asking explicitly to come early and leave late nights.
Finally, resulting in no fruitful results out of any of them, even in too worse case, loosing project itself.
Managers are not Ruling/screwing Team members with power. Useless Department heads allocates candidates to irrelavant projects, and comments directly/indirectly in team meetings about candidates.
Managers are not having process knowledge and there is no transparency to candidates what managers update to clients about their work. This itself they are taking advantage when they themselves not understood the work , how do they can convince/satisfy clients? One should think of all this. Finally, the comments go from clients to higher management that also is not transparent. At last the candidate is the culprit, who will be kept hidden from all these process and without approaching him for discussing any of these, he will be put at final stage to decide.
From All these examples, one should think before joinging GL, how safe is his journey with GL!!!
The Management just treats resouces as slaves nothing less nothing more.
Managers not even think of lady employees working late night till 10pm, struggling with dabba setups to complete their work. They don't even support emps for their security, not addresses concerns about work related. They just expect emps to finish work and update at any cost.
HR persons are not having manners at all talking to candidates. Full of attitude. No consideration at all.
HR are not having communication skills,so they think threatening to make the candidates resign is their profession !

Totally, GL not having employee friendly, humanly environment. Overall,GL is "The worst" organisation I ever have seen in my lengthy career.

    Pros

One good policy is that of flexible office timing, wherein the employee need not have to compulsorily remain in the office for 9 hours.

    Cons

The Nagpur Centre does not have good leaders to grow the Centre. The Centre has been growing at a snail's pace. The so called leaders here lack vision, foresight to take the centre forward. With such a dynamic field as IT, they are ill-equipped to make any significant contribution.

    Advice to Management

Replace the Nagpur Leadership, else the Centre will not be able to see the light of the day two years hence.
