    Pros

    Pros

Great hours, friendly co-workers, hands on with equipment

    Cons

HR is a mess, constantly cutting people to save money, isolation from main corporate office leads to a slow response time

    Advice to Management

Firing more people doesn't improve operations, it chokes it.

I have been working at GlobeCast full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people work for this company. Small company so advancement is available but there is a ceiling if you are not french.

    Cons

Lots of finger pointing, everyone for themselves mentality, lack of communication from management, it is not uncommon to have to work late or drop a project because of a last minute "urgent" task.

    Pros

its brand though one that's not quite known in the Americas. It provides many solutions for broadcasters who are big names.

    Cons

confused on the company's direction. opportunity for the company to do extraordinary out of the box stuff but yet to see it.

    Advice to Management

The company does not really have a true 'creative' center. There are many senior staff who are comfortable to remain there and bide their time.
