The middle and top managers of the company is fairly accessible and appreciative towards employee. Compensation is fair. Company offers Flexible Time Off which is a big pros to me. Working culture is flexible and comfortable. A great suit for someone looking for a stable and flexible job to accommodate family/other responsibility.
