    I worked at Globo.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent professionals, very technical; friendly environment overall

    Cons

Quite sexist, I felt that I was not being taken seriously at times; too many men on leading roles, too many (women) interns, felt like a power struggle. Management often crossed the line on the friendship with employees and women colleagues. Hard to grow internally

    Advice to Management

Hire more women for leading positions! Be more inclusive!

globo.com is an awesome company to work in the latest technologies

    - Huge number of DAU
    - Great products to work with
    - Usage of the most updated technologies

    Advice to Management

Less hierarchy and more independent teams based on the products, let people own and feel that the product is actually theirs, that will make them work with love and based on data it will make the company be even better
