    Pros

    Multi level support structure for technicians, Upward mobility, Great benefits, Flexible work environment, Continuous improvement initiatives, Respectful company culture, Great teammates with a wealth of knowledge.

    Cons

    Sometimes on-call commitments can challenge the field staff. Efforts to improve on-call obligations and reach an acceptable work/life balance have been much improved in the last few years.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the internal improvement initiatives. The senior management has been diligent in their efforts to listen to suggestions from technicians and implement solutions to their challenges. Senior management's commitment to continually improving field processes has not gone unnoticed.

    Pros

    Don't even bother applying here - backstabbing, unfriendly atmosphere, I read the other reviews here before i interviewed and i should have believed them. Run, far and fast and apply at a different place that hopefully appreciates their employees. Unlike this location.

    Cons

    Unattainable goals and expectations of their employees. And then it's the employees fault, not managements.

    Advice to Management

    Please work on communication in this location - because it's non-existant. I heard that from multiple co-workers, that communication doesn't exist. Very, very high turn over of employees.

    Rated the top of Customer Service Anywhere! If you can't be patient and effective you will not last because the Customer has to come first.

    Advice to Management

    A top management company. Each time the big fish gulped the smaller fish they retained the predacessors system. Why, because it works! Gr8 management.

    Pros

    Great customers, lots of travel and great co workers. Awesome challenges and rewarding feeling when completing repairs for customers.

    Cons

    Poor management, company has fired dozens of employees over the last 6 months due to contract loss, looks better then mass layoffs on papet but at a terrible cost to the reputation of the corporation.
    Mass confusion on policy and procedures from one manager to the next.

    Advice to Management

    Stop destroying long term employees lives by firing them for no good reason and lie about why. Perform layoffs and packages instead of trying to look profitable by claiming the company is still doing well. The company is failing after the take over from Talaris/De La Rue. Just my 2 cents.

    Interesting equipment. Great company overall.

    Cons

    Watertown WI production focused on getting product out the door, no matter what. Dishonest management. Backstabbiing atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

    Glory Japan should have more influence on quality and people. Watertown is a slap in the face to Japanese.

    Pros

    Before it was Glory, things ran much more smoothly. Employees were treated with respect and listened too. There is lots of production and so much growth happening that the company has expanded it's facility.

    Cons

    Communication with employees is very limited. The Management I believe is not qualified to manage. Promises to employees never kept. The Management would rather sit in their office with the door shut.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with employees. Don't play favorites and don't sit in your office and badmouth employees with other employees. The negativity is a huge issue. Cutting employees off when they have an opinion or valuable information to share is rude.

    Micro management. All about the numbers.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the performance, not the poor ambitions of someone trying to climb a nonexistent ladder.

    Co-workers and Managers all great people to work with. Job was rewarding in many ways.

    Not many cons - I would have to say if any, long hours, so you must like what you are doing.
