Pros
I've had a really good experience - the company is growing and there are of course learnings and "pains" from that, but there are really smart, motivated people here who bring excellent ideas to the table. There's a lot of opportunity to grab if you want it, and a surprising amount of structure in place already given the size of the company. I also think that many teammates (including myself) truly believe in the mission of empowering small business owners and it's really cool to see everyone rowing on the same boat toward that goal. This is a great place to work if you want to be intellectually stimulated and challenged, and you want to pick up new skills rapidly. I also think it offers a really good amount of career growth opportunity.

office space is smaller and open, making it sometimes challenging to focus when it's busy
