Accommodating work schedule, decent pay, great coworkers, easy job, free merchandise.
Cons
No one at the store was able to move up to corporate. So many people I worked with were amazing and had so many skills outside of what they were doing in the store but they weren't rewarded with moving up in the business in any way.
