        Pros

        - Great culture - Good pay and benefits - Flexible schedules and work from home options

        Cons

        - Work life balance is off despite talking about efforts that have been made - Amount of work and responsibilities is too heavy and makes it difficult to prioritize and set yourself up for success because everything can't be a priority but is treated as though it is - Constant level of change in certain departments in terms of leadership can cause a loss of direction or vision and strategy - Attitude and philosophy of 'this is how it's always been'; people claim that they want change but aren't able to embrace it

Thank you for your candor in both your positive and negative experiences. We've got great employee incentives, benefits and perks for sure. We also have opportunities that we continue to work on as does any company. As GoDaddy has transitioned from a young start-up to a more mature company, we seek to maintain the scrappy heart where we all roll up our sleeves to punch above our weight. It's an exciting time and will continue to evolve forward.

      Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

Applied for a PM role with a salary range of 90-120k. Ive already told the VP my expected salary as 93k to get my foot in the door, even though I lack a college degree, prior PM experience, or designations. My previous employer paid 50k, so this would be a big salary increase. As I move into the 3rd interview round, I'm wondering if it's to consider renegotiating for 103k, despite already mentioning my expected salary as 93k. I'm concerned about the possibility of losing the offer at this stage.

I have 5+ years of work experince and completed my Masters in Marketing. I have so many interviews, cleared the last rounds(10 companies), cracked a job interview received an offer, and decided to ghost me after that, at this point in time. I have no faith left. any tips? I have been applying since Oct 2022. Is the market going to value me or should I change my career and go into Business Analytics?

Team interview advice? I’m on my fourth round of interviews. It’s been a weird process where the assignment I felt they were very harsh on so I feel like I’m a shaky option. I got to the last round where I meet the team. 3 interviews on zoom. It’s a global team so I’m meeting my counterparts and 1 level higher in Europe. Any questions you rec asking or points I should convey? Worried about having the same convos again since it’s back to back
