Pros
Overtime opportunites during open enrollment. They pay for your licensing. Getting to know great co-workers from all walks of life. Seasonal work if you like that kind of thing.
Cons
No exaggeration...this company will find EVERY way to cheat you out of your commission, especially if you are a seasonal worker. I worked there for 3 open enrollments and each time they had a new scam to screw you out of your commission check. Permanent employees get most of the best leads. Seasonal employees only get a few good leads from overflow calls the permanent employees couldn't get; but mostly it was cheap leads and customer service calls which still go against your numbers, affecting your commission. They will lie to your face teling you one thing, but the reality is something different. The attendance policy is set up to take as much commission as possible from you. The building is also sub-par. The ventilation is poor and loud. Most people I've worked with in the past did not go back. Most go back because they have too, or they like being off part of the year. Team managers have no power and would often get screwed too. Overall, you are just a number to these people. I've never worked in a more miserable place. Greety co-workers pushing plans for the bonus and not for the needs of the caller.
