    The people, culture and benefits are great. LIVE IT time on Thursday is awesome and a great way to get content. Verve coffee spot onsite is amazing.


    Business strategy changes monthly, reactive and not thought out completely on launches and how it will impact other teams internally. Processes and communication between teams are slow, and sometimes non-existent. Managers are stretched so thin, that they don't have time to manage their teams. Some managers work late into the night, as other managers work only 4 days a week from 9 - 5. No leadership, no mentoring...just struggling to keep the ship afloat. Over 7 layoff periods in 2 years - employees are just waiting to hear if they have a job each quarter.

    Amazing culture, perks, brand, and people.


    5 layoff rounds in last two years. Success or lack there of starts at the top. Avoid until new CEO is in place.
