Really Terrible Company, work for corporate.

      Pros

They pay you more than minimum wage. You are allowed to utilize your PTO 9 out of 12 months of the year. They are closed 3 days per year, so plenty of days to work. They pretty much never fire anyone unless you steal. Or commit some sort of fraud.

      Cons

The pay is minimum wage for a high end, highly profitable industry. Managers do just about everything from recruiting, staffing, payroll, scheduling, conference calls, sales, training, coaching, store maintenance, deposits, loss prevention, in store events, meetings, customer escalations. During the pandemic the safety of employees was handled terribly. There was minimal relief for employees who were struggling. They do not have drinkable water provided in any of the 5 locations I have worked in over 3 years for employees. You work everyday, at best 2 days off per week. You are expected to be there just about all holidays and Almost every weekend. During the Political Events/Protests this company was quiet. And couldn’t even put out a business professional statement regarding events and then standing behind their employees. Commission structure is universal nationwide. (Meaning the structure is profitable for less affluent areas. Example: If you live in a city where an iPhone is popular you make no money.)

      Poorly managed

      Pros

      Work life balance/ Employee discount

      Cons

Micromanagement runs rampant. It's a cutthroat, poorly managed company that constantly changes the commission structure in ways that never favor the employee. They are dishonest in their practices, i.e. deceive customers into overspending on phone bundles. The training modules are exhaustive and they expect you to retain way too much information in a short amount of time. Depending on your manager/DM, you might get a sarcastic response when asking a question on how to do something properly (and mistakes can be very unforgiving).

Great company, unfortunate commission changes recently

      Pros

Coworkers are excellent and its overall a great company. Before they adjusted the commission structure recently, I saw this as a potential career, but with the recent changes, we are paid about 30% of what we used to make as both reps and managers.

      Cons

Commission structure isn't good anymore so its difficult to make a decent commission check unless you are at a very busy store. I feel bad for managers who made great checks before and are now struggling to pay their bills on extra things they thought they were able to afford from the old structure. It's tough watching reps lose motivation and being told to pretend the structure is "great". It's not, please look elsewhere if you have experience in this field, otherwise only use this job as an entry level position to get your experience and move on to better.

      Pros

      Great discounts on the plans

      Cons

The worst run company I have ever been a part of. They treat employees like numbers instead of human beings. They never praise you when you do well unless ur a shady sales person who rips customers off. They move people around all the time so theres no stability. Commission structure is an absolute joke . If I could give them 0 stars I would.... take my advice stay away. They don’t believe in a work/life balance they want you to work 6 days a week but you can’t get overtime or that’s a write up. You aren’t allowed to have a Saturday off unless ur on PTO. Which is stupid Saturday’s are not the busiest days anymore I have no idea why anyone would want to work here.

      Pros

Creating relationships with the community and giving internal promotions to staff due to the high turnover in stores.

      Cons

HR discriminates against employees, leadership is ran off favoritism not hard work, turnover, backend commission structure is ridiculous when you're trying to hit your goals you never really know where you are. This company is COMPLETE TRASH!
